Wanted experienced horseless riders to work with green horses (Somerset/Middlesex/Hillsborough)

This will not involve any labor intensive work in exchange for rides. Grooming, watering, occasionally stall cleaning, feeding, keeping trailers clean, and other normal barn and care duties. Help with updating facility to make life easier and more fun for equines and handlers alike, when warranted.
Must be available a minimum of three days at any given time that works with your schedule and before dark based on season.
3 days does not mean 3 ...8 hour days means 3 days to do what's necessary for your assigned horse and assigned chores.
Increase your skill level working with started horses.
Must be reliable,have references, have transportation and be kind. Patience is part of program,we don't rush any animal.
As much as I would like to open this opportunity to the many talented young riders under 18, insurance does not allow it.
Looking for riders to work with rotation of green horses, that will be paired with our wounded warriors with challenges down the line.
No more than 6 horses will be on private facility at a time. No one will be required to ever take care of all 6 at any time.
Spring will see an influx of new horses.
