Join our creative floral team in Cranbury, NJ! We’re hiring entry-level Floral Designers / Production Team Members. No experience needed — we train!
🌼 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
• Preparing and arranging flowers for daily production
• Assisting with seasonal and holiday designs (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas)
• Packing and organizing floral and decorative materials
• Keeping the workspace clean, organized, and production-ready
• Working as part of a team to meet daily goals
💰 PAY & SCHEDULE
• $17/hour starting pay (opportunities to grow)
• Full-time, Monday–Friday
• Overtime available during peak floral holidays
