I am seeking an experienced and reliable freelance technician to assist with converting my 2025 Sprinter 2500 van into a fully functional RV. All major hardware and components (electrical, plumbing, insulation, cabinetry, and appliances) have already been purchased and are on-site. I am looking for skilled support with installation.
Scope of Work:
Install steps, alternator, windows, diesel heater, AC, vent fan, and hitch
Install sound deadening, wool insulation, flooring, and roof rack
Install wall panels (with fabric wrap), ceiling (with fabric wrap), lighting, and battery system
Install fresh water tank, bed jack, seat platform, seats, swivel seats, and U-bench
Install bathroom, closet, kitchen, upper cabinets, and plumbing system
Stain wood furniture and complete finishing touches, including functional testing
Requirements:
Proven experience with van or RV conversions
Strong electrical and plumbing skills
High attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
Must have own tools
Based near Central New Jersey or willing to travel
Additional Information:
All materials and components are available on-site
Flexible timeline, with a preference to begin soon
Open to both hourly and fixed-price proposals
