We are a well established (33+yrs.) automotive repair facility with a loyal customer base. We are looking for an experienced assistant service manager who appreciates the importance of providing excellent customer service. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and be well organized with an understanding of repairs and services, ready to work as a team member in a success driven environment. Experience with automotive repair, parts and estimating a plus.
Responsibilities include: answering phones, greeting customers, writing service orders, scheduling, providing detailed explanations to customers, facilitate communication between auto technicians and service manager, preparing estimates and ordering parts.
Minimum of 2 years experience required. Experience as an auto technician a plus. Valid drivers license required.
