C. E. Shields No. 380 A. 3'' wide jaws; the square portion of the anvil top measures 3'' by 7'' before it dips down towards the horn. "Patent Aug 20th-1912". It looks like below the jaws there was a place to secure pipes. That part is damaged as shown in the pictures. Heck this thing is older than you!.
