We are in the early stages of building a small agency-style startup and are looking for the right person to support client communication and interviews.
This role focuses on speaking with clients, understanding their needs, and conducting basic interviews or intake conversations.
This is NOT a sales role.
This is NOT cold calling.
The ideal candidate is someone who:
- Is comfortable communicating with different types of clients
- Has basic to intermediate knowledge of computers, software, or IT-related topics
- OR has familiarity with construction, building, or technical trade work
- Can understand technical explanations and ask the right follow-up questions
- Is organized and reliable
Formal interviewing experience is NOT required.
Practical understanding and communication skills are more important than traditional HR experience.
This role may grow into a longer-term position as the company develops.
