Wolverine Merry Go Round Near Mint Boxed Complete 40s 50s. Here is a real nice Merry Go Round. It is rather large. It has all the riders, all 4 airplanes and even has the metal flags that are often missing. This toy is near mint and has been taken care of over the last 70 to 80 years or so. Very light wear here and there. Made in the USA by Wolverine. It's about 11 inches in circumference and 12 inches tall. This is lever activated, pull the lever towards you and it all moves perfectly. It is all tin construction. Nice carnival/circus litho all over. See last picture which shows movement. There is a slight hint of surface rust underneath. The box is good, has some tears. One reinforced inner side and top panel. I have another boxed version that I will be listing. More great vintage items on Craigslist.
