DAVY CROCKETT GUITAR N MINT IN BOX FESS PARKER 1955 WALT DISNEY WITH PICK RARE. I just quickly sold one of these that I had listed only a short while. THIS IS MY LAST one. It is in better condition with a better box than the one I just sold for $260. Here is a super nice over 70 year old Walt Disney Davy Crockett guitar in the long box. This was a TV show that was on in 1955 starring Fess Parker. The wooden guitar is in great condition, no breaks in the wood, it is missing the very tip on one end. Has all the strings and the wooden pegs to tighten the strings, has the beautiful decal of Fess on the head of the guitar, even has the Davy Crockett tag/pick that is not broken with the cord. It has the original green shoulder cord. It does have some very minor light wear. The guitar is 2 feet long. The box is in great condition for over 70 years old. It is clean and nice. Has all the end flaps, has the handle which has some light wear, this is often missing altogether. There is just a little glue repair at the bottom edge inside the box. Has the nice and clean Davy Crockett decal on the inside of the box. Comes with "The Ballad of Davy Crockett" sheet music that has some wear, I am not sure if this was original to this guitar, no instruction booklet. Made by Peter Puppet Playthings. The box is 26 inches long. This is a real survivor and hard to find in any condition. Please check out my other vintage toys.
