This post is for an excellent condition Task Industries TuffStuff Muscle 3 home gym. It features a whopping 200lb weight stack! It is fairly compact for the amount of exercises it can do and is located in my garage for easy disassemble and transport. In addition, the manual and exercise poster is included.

The Muscle 3 is classic 90s exercise equipment with heavy square metal tubing and really nice red leather. There are no cracks or tears in the leather and all the parts are working great. All worn bolts have been replaced with brand new ones.

The lat pull down bar, small straight row bar, and dual straps are included as cable attachments.

Exercises you can do (but not limited to). Chest press, peck deck, lat pull down, tricep push down, leg extension, leg curl, high row, low row, shoulder press, ab crunches, and more!

$375 (or best offer) gets it. Looking to sell this week. Cash and carry in Bridgewater. It is located in my garage and will be ASSEMBLED. You must bring tools and help to disassemble and load it.
