Shows only a little wear, works 100%. Worst of wear is the rubber dust cover beneath the stick is has a few small tears but it does not effect use at all. I tested this with a computer running Windows and in about 20 seconds after plugging in it was set up, aligned, and ready to play- no drivers needed. There are a total of 11 buttons on this and you can download free software from Logitech to customize them if you want
This has some weight to it and does not feel cheap like a lot of modern sticks do.
