Established industrial supply company (in business since 1976) is hiring a dependable Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative for our Middlesex, NJ office.
We sell industrial filters, parts, and equipment to factories, contractors, and maintenance departments across the U.S. This is not retail and not cold calling — you will be handling inbound customer calls, emails, quotes, and orders.
What You’ll Do:
Answer phones and help customers.
Quote and process orders.
Follow up on quotes.
Enter orders and invoices into QuickBooks / order system.
Work with warehouse and purchasing to ship orders correctly.
This is a steady, long-term office job for someone who likes working with customers and keeping things organized.
Who We Want:
Experience in customer service, inside sales, or office admin.
Comfortable on the phone.
Good with computers and order entry.
Reliable and detail-oriented.
B2B or industrial experience is a plus but not required.
Pay & Schedule:
$50,000 – $60,000 base
Monday–Friday, full-time
Paid holidays and time off
