*Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries in a professional manner.
*Schedule appointments for sales department.
*Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
*Follow up with potential customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
*Collaborate with sales team to maximize lead conversion.
*Meet or exceed daily/weekly performance metrics (calls, appointments, follow-ups).
*Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions and concerns promptly.
*High school diploma or equivalent.
*Prior experience in customer service, call center, or sales support.
*Strong communication skills.
*Comfortable with phone-based and digital communication.
*Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
