Senior female, prefer to rent weekly, $200 max, at least until we are sure we are a good fit. I'd like a room with a mini fridge and microwave rather than sharing your whole space. I can bring these with me if necessary. I do not snoop, pry, or steal and expect the same from anyone else. It's just me, no others, overnights, or pets. I do love animals tho if you have any.
