Seeking Privacy Quarters, basement seperate area, but kitchen,cable in private room, and Washer and dryer use. Can come in same front door but have seperate areas where we live, I am a easy going, hard working driven person, I can be a huge asset, I am honest, trustworthy, nice person, work fulltime day, enjoy life. I lived in this area for the last 25 years and my best friends are here, I know the area so well. I am seeking cool understanding owners who are seeking a trustworthy person but give them there Privacy respect and responsibility to be a great tenant. I can and will help, look out for house, responsible, recycle, garbage and very clean, all around im structured. I can definitely afford $850 a month, if its is a comfortable good thing i can do $900. Must be able to have friends or guests in my private area with complete respect of your house, I am a SWM 58 and I am a perfect Tennant that would help shovel us out in 2 hours while everyone is 5 days in. Open to a older person, or someone who respects my privacy like I do for you and more of a friend and trustworthy person for each other.
