Foreign HS Student Seeking American Family Homestay (Edison)

We have a Chinese student (male) who is attending Warldlaw Hartidge High in the 10th grade and will need a host family to live with.
We generally prefer for students to live in two-parent households, but single parent households will also be considered. Host families must also be able to take the student to and from school during school days. It is preferred for host family to be within ~20 minuets commute to and from school. Families who decide to host will receive a monthly payment to cover rent, groceries, etc. Host families will need to prepare breakfast and dinner for the student during the school week and three meals on the weekend. The students will need to have their own bedroom and a quiet place to study.
