You will have access to a spacious hallway where you can put a desk or whatever furniture you like. Your space is unfurnished. There is a wet-bar which can be used as a kitchenette. You have your own full-sized refrigerator. The sink has a built-in draining board and cabinet space on either side of the sink for utensils, pots & pans. There are plenty of shelves to stock your kitchen goods. You can have a microwave, toaster oven, coffee-maker, counter-top range, etc. There is a large fenced-in backyard with access to barbecues and patio furniture for summer use.
This home is in a country-like setting, surrounded by trees and an open field, where deer, foxes, and other wildlife live. It is a very tranquil and safe environment…yet, extremely close to all the conveniences.
The living space is for one person only. Visitors are welcome, but please no sleepovers. This is a private home, and it is not soundproof…if you get my drift.
