We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Retail Associate who can handle both front-end cashier responsibilities and back-end stocking duties. This is a cross-trained role ideal for someone who enjoys variety and working in a team environment.
Stocking & Inventory Duties:
• Receive and unload deliveries
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of store
• Monitor inventory levels and report low stock
Customer Service & Cashier Duties:
• Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service
• Operate POS system and handle cash/credit transactions
• Verify customer IDs in compliance with NJ alcohol laws
• Assist customers with product selection
Requirements
• Must be 21 years or older
• Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs (cases of beverages)
• Comfortable standing for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Previous retail experience is a plus (not required)
Schedule
• Full Time/Part Time
• Should be available evenings and weekends
