I have basic english proficiency and I'm bilingual, I have some some experience with general contracting but I am better as a framer/carpenter, I've used snow plows and I know how to apply epdm rubberized flooring. I can use excel, I don't do IT but I am very proficient with a computer. I have a smart phone, and a reliable vehicle.

Things I did as a contractor included plumbing, drywalling with metal and wooden studs, plastering and sanding plaster, cleaning septic tanks, mixing and pouring concrete, applying rubber flooring outdoors and driving around material and trash on my own.

I don't have any physical disabilities, I don't get sick often and I don't play games. I'm not here to fool around or make friends, I'm here to make money. Not to imply I am incapable of civility and being polite. Serious offers only.
