The tripod is #3040. Am not positive what model the head is but it may be a 3047. It's also high end and includes the removable base plate that attaches to your camera for instant mounting. There are two bubble levels for aligning. The lever that is supposed to raise and lower the elevator piece is not working (stripped gear?) but you can still easily manually raise or lower it and lock into place. Otherwise the unit is in nice shape with some minor wear to the paint in places. Legs extend and lock into place correctly, all other adjustments work correctly.
