This shows some minor wear and can use a little cleanup but appears to be complete, all original, and working well. Includes the removable top clip that attaches to camera bottom and allows for quick removal and replacement- the cork has some wear on it see photos. There are two bubble levels towards the top that are working correctly, there is a small button like piece lower down and it looks like it could be a tiny bubble level for centering but if it is then it is probably damaged because I don't see any bubble.
The lever that turns to raise or lower the head is working correctly. All the handles that turn to loosen and tighten the positions are working but some feel a bit stiff so may need some lubrication or adjustment.
