Alpine Refrigeration has been serving Central New Jersey homeowners for over 50 years and is known for our professional service and loyal customer base.
This is a full-time position in a small, team-oriented office where you will help manage bookkeeping and daily office operations.
Primary Duties
-Accounts receivable and accounts payable
-Maintain bookkeeping records in Quickbooks like software
-Process invoices, payments, and transactions
-Run weekly payroll (ADP Run)
-Track equipment/parts inventory
-Process manufacturer warranty claims
-General office administration and customer phone support
What We're Looking For
-Bookkeeping or accounting experience (3+ years preferred)
-Comfortable with Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite
-Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
-Friendly and professional communication skills
Schedule:
Monday–Friday
8:00 AM – 4:45 PM
