We are looking for a versatile and detail-oriented Executive/Personal Assistant in Central New Jersey. The ideal candidate will help manage both professional and personal tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Someone who is comfortable wearing multiple hats and can adapt to different types of tasks at store or office level. Previous office experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage office tasks such as handling paperwork, organizing both personal and office mail, and maintaining filing systems.
Handling email correspondence and phone calls professionally.
Assisting with payroll processing and maintaining business licenses or other documentation.
Supporting various administrative projects and personal tasks as needed.
Ensuring that all office paperwork and filing systems are kept in order.
Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments.
Handle personal errands and tasks as needed, ensuring all aspects of the executive’s day are organized.
Conduct a local store visit to ensure paperwork, invoice filling, and business documents are complete/compliant at different business locations.
Provide general administrative support and be ready to assist with any ad-hoc personal or professional needs that arise.
