Construction Project Manager
Position Summary
The construction project manager is responsible for providing organization and coordination for projects to deliver high quality, on-budget, and on schedule project for our clients. This is an in-person position located in Roselle, NJ.

South Shore Construction is a growing company specializing in concrete and masonry restoration of building facades and parking garages. Our projects are primarily located in NJ with some projects in NY and eastern PA. Our clients consist of property managers, large and small property owners, general contractors, architects, and engineers. We help real estate owners to extend the service life of their aging properties and increase its value through repairs, maintenance, and protection of its exterior construction materials.
Position Objectives
Assist the project field supervisor with coordination of labor, materials, supplies, and equipment to complete the projects.
Communicate with clients to coordinate upcoming work, respond to questions, and resolve problems.
Attend project meetings online and in-person to discuss the project status with the clients and project engineer/architect.
Assist with project estimating including reading project specifications/plans, setting up estimate spreadsheets, obtaining material and subcontractor quotes, and some quantity takeoffs.
Gather and submit material information and samples for approval to use on the projects.
Progress tracking to assist with monthly project invoicing.
Assist with the development of processes to improve operations.
Assist business owner with other tasks necessary to the fulfill project requirements.

Experience with Fieldwire and PlanSwift a plus.
Ability to speak Spanish a plus, but not required.
Minimum 3 years’ experience performing similar functions (does not have to be construction related)
Willing to train.
