Intermediate level position requiring full knowledge of the job; substantial understanding of general office routines and procedures. Facilitates meetings and documentation management for multiple projects within the department.
• Organization of meetings for multiple projects.
• Taking meeting minutes following standard format and entering into a shared repository in SharePoint (GlobeShare).
• Following up with action items on a daily basis with the action owner.
• Storing and managing related project documentation in SharePoint (GlobeShare) in a consistent way for all projects.
• Must possess the ability to operate personal computer and associated office software.
• Experience with uploading documents into SharePoint and/or Globeshare.
• Minimum of HS Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of taking meeting minutes and meeting facilitation experience and scheduling meetings through Outlook.
• Strong communication skills both written and oral.
This 12+month position starts ASAP.
