Advance Tire is looking for an organized, outgoing individual to handle our accounts receivable department. The position is part time with flexible hours approximately 12-15 hours a week. You would work from our office in Millstone NJ and communicate with our customers to make sure they pay invoices on time. This is done via phone and email. You also need to be organized and able to keep accurate records via excel and our accounting software. You would also work with our bookkeeper to make sure payments are applied properly. we are open Monday - Friday 8-5 pm. Applicants should have some prior experience.
