Responsibilities:
* Opening and sorting mail
* Answering and directing phone calls
* Checking and responding to email messages
* Basic data entry and bookkeeping tasks using (Word, Excel, QB)
* Maintain customer job files
* Timecards
* Filing
* Oversee office supplies

Requirements: Must be comfortable using computers and phones, Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, Reliable and punctual.
