This dynamic position is multifaceted with hands-on experience in the world of architectural preservation, social media marketing, office management, research and sales. You will contribute to our mission of repurposing historic materials while gaining skills in project management, client relations, and business development. Our team has traveled across New England, the Mid Atlantic and the Chicago area in the pursuit of salvaging historic architectural elements. Our collection encompasses a wide range of pieces from full Georgian entryways, Greek revival columns to 18th century lock sets. Recent salvage projects includes a coastal Connecticut estate designed by David Easton, a 1918 Tudor revival on the Jersey coast and a 1908 prairie style "Usonian".

Duties:
Assist with day-to-day emailing, retail operations, inventory management, website onboarding and answering client inquiries, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Research assistance, daily office management and bookkeeping.
Client correspondences and sales logistics.
Skills and Requirements:
Interest in or knowledge of architecture / interior design a plus!
Knowledge of Square POS, Square websites, Google Workspace and overall tech savvy a plus.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills on both a team and client level.
Comfortable in a retail/sales position.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Passion for sustainable building practices and historic preservation is a plus.
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
