Candidate must have:
• Excellent communication skills
• Possess a self-motivated, assertive drive
• Must be able to prioritize, organize and work independently
• Utilize Excel to manage prospect leads and create other correspondence
• Knowledge of using Linkedin preferable and in researching information to post on social media
• Assist in maintaining professional appointments and calendar
• Follow-up on written requests and emails
Real estate experience of 1-2 years a must, preferably commercial real estate experience, and administrative experience of 3 years. Part time position with potential for full time. Starting at $15 per hour. Working at our Edison office.
