Shraya Construction is looking for an experienced, reliable, and hardworking Flooring Installer to join our team. We specialize in commercial tenant fit-outs throughout Middlesex County and are seeking someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
* Install LVT/LVP, vinyl plank, laminate, tile, carpet tile, and other commercial flooring systems
* Prepare subfloors, including leveling, patching, and moisture mitigation as needed
* Measure, cut, and install flooring accurately and efficiently
* Install base, transitions, and trim
* Read project plans and follow installation specifications
* Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
* Coordinate with project managers and other trades to keep projects on schedule
* Ensure quality workmanship and meet project deadlines
Qualifications
* Previous commercial flooring installation experience required
* Experience with LVT, carpet tile, laminate, and tile preferred
* Ability to use flooring installation tools and equipment safely
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)
* Must speak and communicate effectively in English
* Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Project Area: Primarily Middlesex County (some projects within approximately a 1-hour drive)
