Shraya Construction is looking for a motivated, hardworking Foreman / Assistant Project Manager who wants to build a long-term career—not just work another job. We are a rapidly growing commercial general contractor with projects primarily throughout Middlesex County, with occasional jobs up to 1 hour from South Brunswick.
If you’re ambitious, reliable, and eager to learn every aspect of construction management, we’ll invest in your growth and teach you the skills needed to become a successful Project Manager.
Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate daily job site operations
* Supervise and lead field crews
* Assist with material pickups and deliveries
* Help maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
* Coordinate subcontractors and daily schedules
* Track project progress and communicate updates
* Learn to read and interpret construction plans and drawings
* Learn to prepare and submit township permit applications
* Assist with estimating and preparing project bids
* Ensure quality workmanship and meet project deadlines
Qualifications
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)
* Must speak and communicate effectively in English
* Strong work ethic and positive attitude
* Leadership skills with the ability to manage a crew
* Organized and dependable
* Willing to learn and grow within the company
* Construction experience preferred, but we value ambition and the right attitude just as much
