Administrative Assistant (Dayton NJ)

Administrative Assistant This is an entry level position
General Summary Duties and responsibilities include supporting the Installation and Service managers on special projects, and communicate directly with customers, vendors and suppliers to ensure accuracy of jobs, project status and requirements. Provide continual administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Essential Responsibilities:  Supports Installation and Service Managers on various projects
 Answer and direct phone calls
 Respond to customer inquiries and accept deliveries
 Perform basic office duties including typing, emailing, document scanning, photocopying, faxing, filing, etc.
 Assist with client/customer inquiries
 Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
 Provide basic information by answering questions and requests
 Back up coordinators and other office staff as needed
 Perform other administrative duties as required
 Work overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed

Skills/Qualifications:  College graduate or pursuing a college degree
 1-2 years office work experience
 Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
 Detailed oriented, highly organized with ability to multi-task and set priorities
 Excellent verbal and communication skills
 Strong time management skills
 Telephone etiquette
 Excellent customer service skills
 Proactive and displays initiative
 Self driven and demonstrates the ability to thrive in fast paced environment
