A Payroll administrative Representative acts as the primary contact for sales team, providing support, and processing orders via phone, email, or chat to team mates.
They ensure positive customer experiences. Core Duties and Responsibilities team communication: Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or live chat. Follow up to ensure satisfaction of order Processing: administer admin orders, handle exchanges, and update customer accounts. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and comments in a CRM system. Develop a deep understanding of company products/services to provide accurate information. Escalation: Route complex or high-priority issues to the appropriate department. Will work with a group of sales team members to help with their administrative task, must have good communication skills and soft computer skills such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
The pay rate starts at 19hr to $22hr
8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
