Seeking drummer for Shadow Circus, an established horror themed heavy prog and metal-influenced band. Besides our originals, our main focus is a live metal/prog tribute to the music of The Nightmare Before Christmas, which we've successfully performed at Crossroads and Debonair Music Hall. Other covers include songs by Alice Cooper, Ghost, Rocky Horror. We perform in horror themed makeup and costume. We like to do fun and ridiculous things on stage to create a memorable experience.

Gigs are paid and expenses reimbursed. We pay for rehearsals in Rahway NJ. The Danny Elfman material is complex (sometimes Zappa level complexity) and challenging, so progressive chops and ability to write and read charts is important. Drums on our last album were recorded by Ryan Van Poederooyen (Devin Townsend Project), so you'll have some exciting original material to work with as well.
