Gorgeous 34" scale length bass with swamp ash body & poplar burl top.
Bought in July and played very lightly at home. I can't find the time to learn both guitar and bass and I'm more far along with the guitar, which is why I'm looking to sell this bass, though I'll hang on to it if I can't get my reasonable asking price.
Throwing in a set of LaBella flatwound strings, a $45 value.
Price firm, thank you.

The Peak of J-style Performance
Complete with a striking poplar burl top and stage-ready performance, the Marcus Miller V10 4-string bass epitomizes Sire’s dedication to low-end excellence. This bass begins with a lightweight foundation of swamp ash coupled with a solid poplar burl top. Dual Marcus Super-J Revolution pickups dish out ultra-articulate J-style growl. On the opposite end, the V10 sports a classic C-shaped hard maple neck and fingerboard, equipped with Sire’s Edgeless design for a friction-free feel. You also get a sustain-enhancing Marcus Heavymass II bridge and premium open-gear tuners. Sitting at the peak of Sire’s J-style offerings, it’s no surprise that the Marcus Miller V10 is a superlative instrument.
Heritage-3 preamp system unlocks unlimited sonic potential
No matter what styles of music you play, you'll definitely appreciate the Marcus Miller V10's amazing tonal range. It's equipped with a Heritage-3 active/passive preamp system, allowing you to get as surgical with your tone as you like. Leave it in passive mode, and you'll have control over master volume and master tone, as well as a pickup blend control for dialing in the perfect balance of thump and bark. Engage active mode, and you're rewarded with three bands of EQ, with a sweepable midrange that makes it easy to cement your place in the mix.
Heavy-duty Marcus Heavymass II bridge
While often overlooked, the bridge is a key component in getting the most out of your bass’s tone. Per Marcus’s own preferences, the bridge in this instrument has been upgraded to a robust Marcus Heavymass II bridge that drastically increases string-to-body vibration. How does that impact your tone? The Marcus Heavymass II bridge maximizes sustain, improves your note-to-note clarity, and adds just a bit more punch when thumping out your favorite lines.
Swamp ash and poplar burl body
Swamp ash is a sought-after tonewood for both basses and guitars for its lightweight feel and crisp high end, resulting in a somewhat more articulate sound than your typical alder-bodied bass. A solid slab of poplar burl sits atop the swamp ash foundation. Collectively, the Sire V10’s 2-part body supplies superb sustain & resonance.
Sire Marcus Miller V10 Features:
Lightweight swamp ash body topped with a gorgeous slab of solid poplar burl
Hard maple neck in a classic C profile
9.5-in. hard maple fingerboard studded with 20 medium frets, then finished off with Sire’s Edgeless treatment for a smooth, sleek feel

Heritage-3 preamp system offers exacting sonic control over your signal
