So I have a 1957 Hammond M3. The catch is, it’s not producing sound and is almost certainly the result of diy amp recapping done by myself and I just don’t have the time to tinker with it anymore and would rather just offload it to someone who can make a project. It worked perfectly a year ago and I maintained all the oiling regularly.
Motor starts up no problem runs smooth. All tubes are in it some original, others swapped some NOS tubes.
I’ll throw in the two Leslie half moon switches with it. It’s rigged to work with a Leslie 147. I have a 1963 serviced Leslie and you can take the whole bundle for $1200. It’s technically a Leslie 251 cabinet, but it has a 147 amplifier…so it’s identical in sound as a 147. It just has the reverb Louvres on the sides that are just for show.
Everything is in excellent cosmetic condition other than some blemishes. I have the original bill of sale from 1957. Let me know if interested. Please serious inquiries only.
