I gave him a deposit making the balance due contingent to getting the bike to run but he insisted I buy the battery if I wanted to get it running before final payment was due.
When I got the Virago started it sounded like everything in the motor was broken and about to explode. Because the owner lied to me I didn’t buy the motorcycle, and he refused to reimburse me for the battery.
The battery is new and unused.
