Assembly and Machine Operators Needed, 1st shift, part-time. $16.00/hr. to start. Email resume or letter only.
The duties entail using machinery for molding and assembling custom plastic injection-molded parts. This individual would have routine movements with items weighting up to 10-30 lbs, ability to use ladders.
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
-Ability to verify parts meet specifications via visual inspection including ability to conform to color codes.
-Math skills relating to verifying product dimensions and production schedules.
-Need to be able to pickup and place small parts in the proper position efficiently.
-Must be able to measure with a ruler to within 1/16 of an inch.
-Ability to stand walk, bend and lean frequently.
-Ability to use ladders
-Regularly must be able to lift 10 lbs. and occasionally be able to lift 55 lbs.
-Need to be able to work in an environment with elevated temperatures, no air conditioning.
-Ability to follow verbal or written instruction.
-Must be able to work closely with coworkers to provide guidance and possibly training to enhance quality.
-Follow company policies, & Standard Operating Procedures.
-Pass random Drug and Alcohol screening and background check.
Work experience with dependable work record.
Good attendance is a must!
Must be Drug-Free
Clean drivers license
Preferred Education and Experience:
* 1year experience working on production machinery
