SUMMARY
The Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling mechanical components in a manufacturing environment. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for individuals with hands-on mechanical aptitude who enjoy working in a team-oriented production setting.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assemble mechanical and component parts according to written instructions and specifications
- Read and interpret basic work instructions, drawings, and measurements
- Use hand tools and basic equipment safely and effectively
- Maintain quality standards while meeting production goals
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior assembly or mechanical experience; automotive experience is a plus
- Strong reading comprehension and basic math skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a production environment
