We are an established, rapidly growing packaging company based in Central New Jersey seeking an experienced Creative Director to lead the visual direction of our brand and elevate every aspect of our marketing and customer experience.
This is an opportunity for a creative leader to make a meaningful impact. You won't be building a team from scratch—you'll be leading and mentoring an existing marketing department that includes a content manager, product designer/engineer, graphic designers, and 3D rendering artists. Your role will be to establish the creative vision, raise the quality of every customer-facing asset, and ensure a consistent, premium brand experience across all channels.
We're looking for someone who understands how to build brands that stand out. Someone who can take good creative work and make it exceptional. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, understands premium branding, and can inspire an existing team to consistently produce world-class creative.
