We are a growing distribution company looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to manage our drop shipping operations.
This is an active role — not just a desk job. You’ll work with the team to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time every day.
What You’ll Do
Oversee daily drop shipping & fulfillment operations
Manage and support warehouse team
Ensure orders are shipped same-day whenever possible
Maintain accuracy and efficiency in packing/shipping
Help organize inventory and workflow
Train staff and keep operations running smoothly
Requirements
Spanish is a PLUS
Experience with drop shipping / eCommerce fulfillment
Previous supervisor or leadership experience preferred
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse
Pay
$18/hour + performance incentives
Bonuses based on daily fulfillment accuracy & completion rate
Schedule
Full-time position 9am to 6 pm 5 days a week
