NatureScape Lighting is a landscape lighting and audio company that installs high-end lighting and audio systems in New Jersey. We’re looking for an experienced and dependable crew leader who takes pride in their work and is dedicated to impressing clients every time. We are seeking extraordinary people for full-time positions to assist our designers in transforming NJ’s premier homes and properties into after-dark works of art.
What you'll be doing:
Leading a crew of 1-2 installers on daily job sites across north & central NJ
Overseeing the installation, repair, and maintenance of outdoor lighting systems
Ensuring work is completed on time, safely, and to the highest quality standard
Managing tools, equipment, and materials for your crew
What we're looking for:
Clean, insurable NJ Driver's License
Bilingual - English/Spanish is a significant plus
Comfortable using iPhone apps for project management
Reliable transportation for a daily 7:30am start
Required Experience: (in descending order of value)
Landscape lighting installation
Irrigation tech / installer
Landscape installer
Masonry or other outdoor construction
Experience in other trades
Pay & benefits:
$23-$28/hr based on experience
Performance review and raise opportunity after 90 days
Paid time off
Overtime available during peak season
