We are seeking a reliable and experienced Hotel Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, and knowledgeable in hotel maintenance with the ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently.
Schedule:
Full-Time
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Days Off: Monday & Tuesday
Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance throughout the hotel.
Respond to guest room maintenance requests in a timely manner.
Repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
Repair doors, locks, drywall, paint, flooring, and furniture.
Inspect the property daily and identify maintenance needs.
Maintain hotel equipment and mechanical rooms.
Complete work orders accurately and efficiently.
Follow all hotel safety standards and procedures.
Qualifications:
Previous hotel engineering or hotel maintenance experience required.
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Must be dependable, professional, and able to work independently.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the shift.
