Sodexo is seeking a Environmental Services/ Housekeeping Manager for Capital Health - Pennington Division, loced in Pennington, New Jersey.  Capital is a 300 bed facility. This position will manage staff for Environmental Services, Pient Transport and Linen Distribution. This is a 2nd shift position with some weekends as business needs dicte  (3:00pm-11:30pm) overseeing a team of 35. This positions will report directly into the Operions Manager on-site. 

• be responsible for driving client and pient sisfaction scores;
• provide a clean and safe environment for pients, visitors, and staff
• lead teams and departmental projects and initiives;
• effectively manage the Unit Opering System; and/or
• support an inclusive workforce.

Compension is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candide's educion level or years of relevant experience. Salary offers are based on a candide's specific criteria, like experience, skills, educion, and training. Sodexo offers a comprehensive benefits package th may include:

• have experience leading, training and managing a team and is a leader who develops and motives a team to exceed the expections;
• have customer service and/or guest sisfaction in a healthcare or hospitality;
• possess strong leadership skills and has the ability to work independently to drive program;

• have experience effectively managing projects within agreed upon timelines;
