Looking for a full time super to maintain multiple buildings within a 3 block radius.

Position pay scale starts at $3,000 a month and includes a free 1 BR apartment, may be higher for more experienced applicants.

MUST HAVE A CAR/TRUCK/VAN.

Basic Duties:

General Maintenance of Property - Cleaning , Trash brought to curb from front of buildings,
Boilers, Sump Pumps

Plumbing - Clogs, Toilets, Leaks , Small Repairs

Minor Electric Repair

Sheetrock, Tile, Flooring, Painting

Snow Removal (Our Snow Blower)
