37-year-old family-owned refrigeration business seeks reliable sub-contractors. We are looking for jack-of-all-trades individuals with strong pride in workmanship and solid hands-on skills.
You do not need trade licenses. We need proven knowledge and ability in carpentry, mechanical work, metal fabrication, electrical, plumbing, and general construction.
Requirements:
Reliable, responsible, and honest
Own tools and reliable transportation
Willing to travel (we work in New Jersey, Staten Island, New York City, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia)
Current insurance: General Liability minimum $1 million per occurrence / $2 million aggregate, $1 million umbrella, $1 million auto. Workers’ compensation must meet state requirements if you are a non-owner operator.
We offer regular weekday hours plus late-night and weekend work.
