We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Post-Production Cannabis Technician to join our cultivation and processing team. This role is essential to maintaining the highest standards of quality in both the post-harvest and processing phases, including trimming, curing, packaging, and assisting with production tasks. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cannabis and a commitment to precision, ensuring our products meet all quality and compliance standards.
Responsibilities:
Perform trimming of cannabis plants to prepare for curing and processing.
Manage the curing process to preserve optimal flavor, potency, and quality of harvested cannabis.
Accurately package cannabis products for retail or wholesale, adhering to all state and local regulations.
Assist with processing activities such as grinding, pre-roll production, or other post-harvest workflows.
Conduct quality checks throughout the post-harvest and processing phases, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
Utilize and maintain hand tools, trimming equipment, and processing machinery for optimal performance.
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment to ensure product integrity and safety.
Measure and calculate materials required for tasks using basic math skills.
Assist with monitoring environmental conditions (temperature, humidity) during curing and storage.
Collaborate with cultivation teams to align harvest timing and coordinate workflow between cultivation and processing.
Document production metrics, quality control observations, and equipment maintenance logs.
Follow and enforce strict compliance protocols to meet all regulatory requirements.
Experience:
Experience in cannabis post-harvest, cultivation, processing, or related agricultural roles is preferred, but not required.
Ability to handle delicate plant material with precision and care is necessary.
Familiarity with curing, trimming, packaging, and processing tasks is a plus.
Experience with post-harvest machinery and tools is preferred but not required.
Passion for cultivating and processing high-quality cannabis products is required.
Skills:
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle tasks with precision.
Knowledge of post-harvest techniques, including trimming, curing, and packaging.
Familiarity with cannabis processing activities, such as grinding or pre-roll production.
Proficiency with hand tools and processing equipment.
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
Knowledge of state and local compliance requirements for cannabis cultivation and processing.
Effective communication and teamwork to collaborate across cultivation and processing departments.

8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Alternative weekend schedule available 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Friday - Monday
