We are seeking an experienced HVAC Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for mechanical projects, reviewing construction drawings, and supporting project planning from bid through award.
**Responsibilities**
* Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documents
* Perform quantity takeoffs for HVAC systems
* Prepare detailed cost estimates including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
* Assist with bid preparation and proposal submissions
* Work with project managers and field teams to ensure estimates align with project scope
* Maintain organized records of estimates and bid documentation
**Qualifications**
* Experience estimating plumbing and HVAC/mechanical projects
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
* Strong knowledge of mechanical and plumbing systems
* Proficiency in estimating software and spreadsheets
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines
