ProStar Staffing is currently hiring an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for a growing warehouse operation in Edison, NJ.

🕒 Schedule:
Monday – Friday
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
💰 Pay:
$25.00 – $28.00 per hour
(Based on experience)

Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead warehouse associates
Assign daily work and monitor productivity
Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory, replenishment, and order fulfillment
Coordinate with FedEx, UPS, USPS, OnTrac, and other carriers
Monitor KPIs and warehouse performance
Ensure inventory accuracy and quality standards
Train, coach, and develop warehouse employees
Promote OSHA safety compliance
Improve warehouse processes and operational efficiency
Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Qualifications:
✔ 2+ years of warehouse supervisory or leadership experience
✔ Experience in shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment
✔ Strong leadership and communication skills
✔ WMS experience preferred
✔ Forklift experience preferred
✔ Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
✔ High School Diploma or GED
✔ Experience in distribution, retail, or e-commerce is a plus
