We are seeking a senior-level landscaper to join our mower division. This position is for someone with proven experience who can work independently, deliver high-quality results, and contribute to a professional team environment.
Requirements (New Jersey Senior Landscaper):
• Minimum 4 years of professional landscaping (mowing, planting, pruning, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lead or work independently without constant supervision
• Comfortable working outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions
• Strong English communication skills for team coordination and safety
• Must be punctual, reliable, and authorized to work in the U.S.
• All wages are paid on the books
