Seeking reliable individuals or established 2-man teams for a consistent mattress delivery route. This is a 1099 contractor position (not W-2)
Work is team-based (pairs) - individual applicants are welcome but must be willing to be paired.
JOB RESPONSABILITIES:
Delivery, installation, and basic service in customers' homes. This is hands-on work - carrying, assembling, setting up, and confirming everything works before leaving.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid driver's license
- Able to pass a background check and drug test
- Able to lift heavy items
- Able to assemble smart beds
- Able to communicate in English
- Reliable, professional, customer-service oriented
- Calm, solution-focused approach in the field
LOCATION:
Philly, PA
IMPORTANT:
Workdays and route availability are based on performance, customer reviews, and service scores. This is delivery + setup + customer interaction.
